What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards with Visa/MasterCard logo, Personal Check, Money Order or PayPal. Credit Cards are accepted directly through our website. Personal Checks and money orders are accepted by mail sent to our office in Las Vegas. Credit cards, bank transfer and eChecks accepted through PayPal payments. Credit Cards are also accepted via fax and phone.
I Don't Have A PayPal Account. Can I Still Pay Using PayPal?
Yes. You don't need to have a PayPal account in order to checkout through PayPal. Through PayPal you can pay by major credit card, bank transfer or eCheck. You can pay via PayPal by simply by clicking the "Pay by PayPal" button upon checkout. You will be redirected to the PayPal site which will allow you to fill in all your shipping and information for a secure transaction.
Do You Accept Personal Checks?
Yes. Payment and orders can be sent to our home office in Las Vegas, made payable to Haven of Kindred Spirits. Just follow the checkout process and print out your order and mail it to the address at the top of the page. We advise that you drop us a quick email (order@thethreewisecats.com) to let us know that you will be mailing payment. There is a $25 return check fee for any bounced checks. Personal checks may delay the order for up to ten days since checks over $50 must clear the bank before the order will be shipped.
How Can I Place An Order Not Using Web Checkout?

What Is Your Return Policy, Refunds, or Exchange Policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of customer receiving order. Returns are only accepted on damaged items or by special request. If you would like to return an item that you purchased, please contact our customer service department prior to return at: order@thethreewisecats.com. Customer must contact us within ten days of receiving order to qualify for a return. There are no refunds or exchanges on bath/body products, oils, incense, herbs/herbal products opened items or clearance/special sale items. Items that are ordered a specific size (such as clothing or jewelry) may not be refundable*. Payments made via PayPal can only be refunded via PayPal and payments made via credit card can only be refunded to purchasing credit card. Shipping charges are not refundable once order is processed. Credits for refunds or returns may take up to 30 days for processing. Refunds for non-delivered items (such as back-orders or due to customer request) are subject to be charged a 10% fee (or shipping charge, whichever is greater) at the discretion of management for restocking. Refunds requested due to customer error of non-payment of shipping fees (paying for order but not paying shipping charges) are subject to a fee equal to shipping charge not paid. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges are subject to approval by The Three Wise Cats Magickal Shoppe and fees are subject to the discretion of management.
*We cannot return sized items to the majority of our suppliers. If a sized item is ordered and a refund is requested due to backorder status, the item may not be refundable or require a re-stocking fee since the item cannot be returned to our supplier and we cannot re-sale the item due to the "customized" status of the item.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Get To Me?
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of order placement by the customer (orders not processed on weekends). They are then shipped within one to two weeks from our Las Vegas office. Orders shipped by Priority Mail should be received within one week of ship date. Orders shipped via Parcel Post have no guarantee on ship time. Once in a while we do have an item on backorder which adds an additional two to three weeks to ship time. Certain store lines such as Alchemy Gothic and jewelry are not kept in stock due to cost and limited stock space. The customer will be notified if this occurs. Shipping times may vary due to shipping location and current volume of orders received. We also cannot guarantee ship time on international orders simply because the USPS does not guarantee a ship time. Please keep in mind we are a small store with limited staff; orders are shipped as quickly as we can possibly provide. If you have a question regarding shipping time, please contact us. We can always arrange for extra quick shipping for an extra charge--just contact us!
If All Orders Are Shipped Out In Approximately The Same Time Frame, Why Should I Pay For Priority Mail Shipping?
The option of Priority Mail shipping is made available primarily for the ability to track the package and guarantee ship time once the package leaves our hands. All orders (not backordered) are usually shipped out within two weeks of order processing regardless of shipping method chosen. Priority Mail is the only shipping method available that guarantees a set ship time and offers shipment tracking and delivery confirmation. First Class Mail (for packages under 13 Oz.) and Parcel Post do not offer any shipment tracking, confirmation or guaranteed ship time. If USPS shipping is chosen over Priority Mail when placing your order, the package will be shiped via First Class or Parcel Post. Typically, Priority Mail shipping is 3-5 days depending on location; First Class is approximately 4-7 days (sometimes less) depending on location and Parcel Post can be up to 10 days. We cannot guarantee any ship time on packages NOT shipped via Priority Mail. We are not responsible for the USPS and once the package is in the hands of the USPS, we have no recourse on packages that do not arrive in a timely fashion (unless shipped via Priority Mail, then we can open a dispute with the USPS). We are not responsible for misdirected, unclaimed, or customer errors in addresses.
Why Is Part Of My Order On Back-Order When It Shows In Stock On Your Web-Site?
Unfortunately, the way our e-commerce site is set up, in order to make a product available for a customer to purchase it automatically defaults to products "in stock". Certain lines such as jewelry, clothing, tarot decks and books are always available for purchase even though we cannot keep all sizes and styles in stock in our stock room at all times (due to cost and space). Keep in mind we are a small company and do not have a large warehouse to store items like large companies. Also some of our jewelry is hand-crafted when ordered, so this may also add a slight delay. Usually ordered items are still shipped out to you in our typical ship time (within two weeks of order process) regardless. On occasion our suppliers have to backorder an item which adds to ship time; if that occurs, the customer is notified of the delay. If there is a concern regarding a specific item, please email prior to ordering.
Do You Offer USPS Insurance On Items Shipped?
Yes. You must contact us to request USPS insurance. USPS insurance is offered ONLY on Priority Mail Shipped Items and per the USPS ONLY covers lost items in the mail (not due to incorrect address) and damage to a package due to USPS mishandling. If an insured item is "lost" in the mail, we are not allowed to file a claim with the USPS until an item is "missing" for 30 days past its estimated ship time.
Is My Credit Card, Personal Information, etc. Safe?
Absolutely! We are a verified merchant through Authorize.net and they process all of our credit card payments. You can click on the merchant seal on our homepage or while ordering to view. All PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal's secure terminal, so all credit card and personal information is kept secure. All company records are kept on a secure server and credit card information is not stored after the transaction is complete. We never give out or sell any emails or personal information. If the item happens to be rare or hard-to-find, there may be a nominal fee for the time spent finding it. We do our best to find whatever it is our customers request!
I Would Like A Spell/Ritual Kit For A Specific Purpose...
Just let us know what it is for, any specific items you want included, if there are any special requests for it (such as deities, colors, etc.) and we can put something together for you. If you have a specific price range in mind, let us know this as well. We do our best to put together exactly what you need to make it easier for you!
Would You Cast A Spell For Me?
No. We can help you in just about every way except doing the actual spell work for you. We believe that for the most accurate results, the individual must do the work themselves and put their own energy into the intent. We'll gladly give you instructions and ideas about how to perform spells/rituals, but we won't do them for you!
I Live In The Las Vegas Area...Can I Pick Up My Order and Save On Shipping?
Yes you can. Twice a month our local Haven meets up at a public place at night and you are more than welcome to stop by and pick up your order as long as you let us know in advance. Select "LV Haven Pick Up" as shipping method when checking out and we can make arrangements for you to pick up your order instead of having it shipped. You can also pick up your items at our brick-and-mortar store in Las Vegas at 900 E. Karen Ave. Ste. C-112, Las Vegas, NV 89109. When Paying By Credit Card, I'm Asked For My Card Code (CVC). What Is a Card Code?
This is an extra security measure many merchants take in order to be certain that the credit card you are using is valid and in the buyer's possession. The "Card Code" is the last three numbers on the back of your credit card (sometimes across the signature panel). Without this number, your credit card purchase may not be processed.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Absolutely! Just be certain that you chose "International" shipping when checking out. Please know that we are not responsible for any local tarrifs, taxes, fees, etc. that your country may impose.
